This complex at the Grand Prix Farms Village in Wellington, Florida totals 15,000 sf of buildings on over 7 acres and includes a main stable for 18 horses, with living space for grooms and trainers and working space for veterinarians. There is also a 4-stall stallion shed at the east end of the property, dividing a series of paddocks. Grounds include exercise paddocks, walking pens and jumping rings.
