Converted nine floors from office space and added four floors to existing structure
We were brought on to the job at the mid-point, due to severe delays on the project. The General Contractor, Architect and Owner were not communicating with each other, causing massive confusion and delays. We resolved over 150 change orders and contractors’ requests for information (RFI’s) and brought order to the schedule.
Provided punch list services for all 73 units and common spaces and supervised satisfactory completion of all items.
Coordinated the DOB Certificate of Occupancy approval process by expediting the fire alarm.
